Responsibilities

- Manage and track proposal submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Continuously update and optimize profiles, including bio, work history, skill tags, portfolio, and testimonials.
- Align profile content with current trends and client expectations.
- Study platform knowledge bases, algorithm updates, and community forums.
- Benchmark against top performers and integrate best practices.
- Analyze metrics such as profile views, invite rates, and proposal success to suggest improvements.
- Maintain records of bidding activity and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on performance and strategic insights.
Must Have
- Business development or bidding experience (especially on online work marketplaces).
