Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Executive at Techwaresoft. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment that aligns with company goals.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles (recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting and interviewing
  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Handle employee performance reviews and professional development plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively

Must Have

  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Nice to have

  • Experience with remote work management tools
