Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UX and UI Designer at Techwaresoft. As a UX and UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, enhancing user experience across platforms, and translating user needs into functional design. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

Time: 7PM to 3AM (Night Shift)
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX designing
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into interactive designs
- Must Ensure that designs meet accessibility and usability standards

Must Have
- Experience in designing responsive, accessible interfaces and a User-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with design systems and frameworks like Material Design or Bootstrap

- Experience with user testing, usability testing and A/B testing
